Sweet 16th party
Planning a Sweet 16th party can be a tricky task. It's just that awkward age where you cant be too cutesy with your theme or colours, yet too much of a grown up theme can be a real no no. However planning this 16th party was no problem at all, especially when the birthday girl Amirah, knew exactly the look she was after. The colour theme for her party was a very classy palette of gold, silver and black. The centre point of the room, which was also the dance floor, we filled with balloons floating high above with twisty ribbon tails hanging down. We created a gold fringed backdrop with gold letter balloons, spelling out "Happy Birthday" and giant gold number 16 balloons. Amirah achieved the look she was after by sticking to a colour theme and it totally transformed the room, a very sophisticated 16th birthday party!
