How far in advance should I book Party Mums to organise my event?
We are a small team and our diaries do fill up quickly. If you are restricted to a specific date, it’s best to contact us as early as possible to reserve your place. This is especially important if your date is over a bank holiday weekend.
In an ideal world, 6-8 weeks would be a lovely amount of time for us to style and plan your event. However, we have been able to create an event in just over 1 week, with all hands on deck!
It’s always worth getting in touch with us to check our diary and we always will try and accommodate your request.

What party packages do you offer?
We don’t offer any party packages, all of our parties are bespoke, tailored specifically around you and your requirements. This ensures that you get the exact party that you want, without paying for any of the things you don’t want.
How much do Party Mums parties cost?
Party Mums parties range from around £1,000 to £10,000+.
It totally depends on the number of guests, how big or small you want your event to be and of course your budget.
How does the planning process work?
The Party Mums planning process initially involves completing our Party Questionnaire. This can be done in person with us over a coffee, or by email or telephone. Party Mums is all about making the whole planning process as easy as possible for you.
Once the questionnaire is completed and we have a clear picture of the type of event you would like, we start to work our magic. A booking fee reserves the date in our diary. From this we create a theme for your party, source a venue (if required), provide entertainment and catering options. We share details on decoration options, party favors, photographers etc. The list of options is endless!
All of the details and prices are compiled in your Party Vision and sent to you for review, again this can be done in person or by email. The Party Vision provides all the details of your requirements into easy sections, allowing you to decide which elements you wish to keep and any you wish to remove. Prices are clear for you to see from the very start and you are in total control of your event and your budget.
What happens next?
Once you’ve reviewed the document and finalised any changes, we require a 50% - 75% deposit of the total cost of your party at least 6 weeks prior to the date of your event. This allows us to start creating and styling your bespoke party, we will keep in regular contact with you right up to your event. We have all the details covered, so that you can relax safe in the knowledge that we have everything under control.
The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Are there any other costs?
If you are hiring any of our decorations or props, we take a refundable deposit to cover any damages. This is refunded after your party following an inspection of the items.
What happens on party day?
We will be at your venue/home at least 2-3 hours prior to your event, depending on how much preparation is required. We will liaise with any caterers, entertainers and venue staff to ensure that everything is running smoothly and as planned, ready for your arrival. You can arrive at your event relaxed and ready to party!
What if I have to cancel my event?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds as all our parties are bespoke and costs are incurred from the point of the booking date. We know that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances and we will of course work with you to try and reschedule your event and where possible rearrange entertainers and caterers etc. As each party is individual, so too are the recovery options available, but you can be sure we will always do our best.
