Bloom baby bloom - Baby Shower

Working with our clients and learning about their ideas and plans for their special celebration, is super exciting and a real privilege. As a party planner, we feel our job is to focus on the elements of a celebration that matter the most to our clients and to extract as much information as possible, to ensure we deliver a truly bespoke event, that captures their personality, delivers on their vision and adds that little something extra. Whatever the occasion you’re celebrating, we can help make it special.

Leah knew exactly the style and feel she wanted for her Baby Shower at her home in Leeds. Working closely with her, we were able to create a colour palette and style that fit perfectly with her vision and so the theme ‘Bloom baby bloom’ was created. Pastel colours and lots of floral accents were used throughout the decorations, party stationery and even the sweet treats. Hosting a celebration at home may mean that the guest list is kept small, but this doesn’t mean you have to go small with the decorations. Leah opted to have a huge custom balloon wall with floral accents, set up at the entrance of her home. This created a real wow factor for her guests on arrival and also acted as a fantastic backdrop for group photos.

A ‘Mumosa’ bar with carafes of juice and berries to garnish guests drinks was set up and personalised rose gold script champagne glasses, with the word ‘baby’ embellished on them, looked really pretty. Guests were able to enjoy bespoke sweet treats in coordinating colours, with a giant geo heart centrepiece, filled with sweets.

Party games included ‘who knows mum best’ and ‘wishes for the baby’. Lovely memories and keepsakes from such a special afternoon. Hand made party game prizes included lip balm dummies, personalised with the new baby’s name and lindt chocolate.

When it was time to leave, each guest received a mini succulent with a personalised ‘thank you’ tag. A lovely reminder of Leah’s Baby Shower and a gift that will last long after the celebration is over.
